自公元50年最初的罗马渡口以来,伦敦桥经历了许多轮回,其中最著名和历史最悠久的是 "老 "中世纪桥,于1209年约翰国王统治时期完成。

600多年来,这座桥是伦敦泰晤士河的关键渡口,运送人员、货物和牲畜过河。 它有商店、房屋、教堂和门楼,是伦敦城的一个标志性特征。
